Flow / automated way to capture details and notify users whenever they create a new PowerApp or Flow

Hi,

Looking for a flow or an automated way to capture details and notify users whenever they create a new Flow or PowerApp. Basically , we want to make sure all new PowerApps and Flows should be registered in a SharePoint List/Library . For that we want to notify the creators whenever they create a new PowerApp or Flow and ask them to register the details in SharePoint ( further PowerApps forms can be used )
