Error when using MS Group Form for upload of files to Sharepoint List

VidarRadiv I haven't looked through your whole post yet but the first thing I saw was the apply to each between the when a new response is submitted trigger and the get response details action. You must have created the flow from the template because it puts in this illogical and erroneous apply to each which causes problems and Microsoft have never corrected it in the 6 years I've been using Power Automate. So the first ting is to remove that apply to each.

1) Yes, I have made the flow from a template (Followed a youtube-video who presented the similar flow I try to build: 1-one or several files uploaded from an MS Form to a Sharepoint list). Was under the assumption the "Apply to each" was required due to the possibility of more than one file being uploaded....
2) Do you suggest I remove the first "Apply to each...", the second, or both? What should I write instead?
