Editing the "Send Email" box in Flow Template

Hi,

I'm working on a simple 'Send Customized Email when new item added to SharePoint' template and I am finding editing the Send Email box to be really frustrating. I've tried Edge and Chrome and the experience is the same in both. Trying to move around the box to add/edit text is a nightmare. I often have to delete all the content and re-write it. Is there something silly I am doing wrong?

Oh, and if anyone has any suggestions on how to get attachments added to SharePoint list items to be sent via the customised email as a link that would be amazing. Thanks.
