Create SP file of type "link"

Hello,

in order to keep document duplication to a minimum, I would like to create Sharepoint files of type "link" in Flow:

I would be willing to use advanced concepts (eg SP/Graph API) to achieve this.
Is this possible? If so, how? If not, do I have any alternatives to achieve the desired "symbolic link" functionality?
