Building a flow that recreates calendar events in modern calendar on Sharepoint

Hello. I've created a flow that takes new events created on a shared outlook calendar and populates them into a calendar list on a sharepoint site. I am now having trouble converting the time zone. I was also wondering if anyone knew how to pass over a shading onto the list to indicate the event lasts for a period of time.
