Adding Dynamic Content to an email (Send email with options) from a "Person or Group" list option
Hi there,
I have an app that presents the "person or group" list field for the user to enter. This field can have multiple choices.
When I try to add this Dynamic Content to an email, it will wrap this action and generate another "Apply to each" action on the flow as there could be many entries. However, I would like to collate all the choices on that field in one "text" entry.
Is that possible? Hope that makes sense.

That is the default behavior of Power Automate when you use multi allow column values it will add for each loop. First you should collect all the user name and store it to one of variable.
Your flow should look like as below
