Action "Copy file" (SharePoint) behaviour changed?

We are experiencing that the behavior of the Copy file action in Power Automate has changed in the last week or so. When you choose to replace an existing file with the Copy file action, the file used to be overwritten with its ID and UNID intact, now it seems like the existing file is deleted (moved to recyclebin) and the copied file gets a new ID and UNID.

This change makes embedded content (embedded with Office Online or Visio Online) stop working as Office Online use the documents UNID when embedding.

Anyone else experiencing this? Are there any updates from Microsoft that can have changed this behavior?

    I have the same issue, totally annoying that all links to the file now is broken.
    But it is still working in some tenants, where it still keeps the old ID, but flag the file as new.
