access through app only

Hi everyone,

I need people in my organization to be able to add an item through a powerapp form to a list, but I do not want them to have permission go into the list directly and edit items.  It would even be better if they could not see that the list exists.  How do I set up these permissions on the list and on the PowerApp?

shawn_fielding so that your users can't see the list you'll need to build a standalone canvas app and Share the app with everyone. For the SharePoint list your users will need to have Contribute permissions (but don't tell them where the list is). You could then give users the link to the app or embed the app in a SharePoint page.
