Where is the new Timeline view?

We have the new Planner icon and look, but I don't see the new Timeline view. I haven't seen anything about the Timeline view not being available with the initial release so I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

I have been trying to figure this out. I just opened a project in Project Online and it automatically appeared in Planner, along with the Timeline option along the top.

The "new" microsoft planner is almost perfect, it is only missing the Gannt chart - which should be easy to implement as tasks already have start/end dates and show up correctly in the calendar.

I can remember seeing this in a previous version, but that might have just been a fever dream?

I think You can only see it in plans and not under My tasks

        kellerdave :

Tasks are received from the Teams channel and may only display the schedule without the timeline.

Timelines are only available for projects in Planner.

Although it seems illogical to have different views, I assume that because they come from different platforms, they have different views.
