Unable to copy a plan from the existing sample plan, pops up an error

Whenever I try to copy a plan from the sample plan "Project steps", I get an error as "You no longer have access to".. My colleagues who also tried this initially the same error was displayed but then after 2-3 days it got rectified. Could you please fix it?
