Teams Planner - Tasks do not appear on Iphone/Ipad App automatically
Hello everyone,
we got a problem since last friday (09-23-2022) the problem is: that new tasks don't appear automatically in the IOS App.
Only if you take a look in the PlannerHub and go into the Project which has tasks - then tasks appear in the planner app - but only for this specific project all others dont. So if you need to work on tasks on iphone or ipad you have to go into the project - and then go over to tasks (not started - assigned to me - done) and then you can work on the task for the project.
In the desktop app and online everything is fine - create a task for a specific user and he/she can see immediately the task on PC and online.
So it seems that there is a syncronisation problem on IOS - what we've tried so far:
- teams and all other O365 Apps on the phone and on the ipad - deleted the cache
- restarted all devices
- all devices are up to date
What else can we try? Thanks!!!

- Solved! 95 Views and no answers 😞 -> uninstall everthing which has to do with O365 on Iphone and Ipad and then restart the devices and install one per one app again -> restart after every installation... works now ...

StevVR2022 I had this very same issue, since the planner incorporation into teams is new, my solution was to just download the Microsoft Planner separate application in the app store and everything is synced now.
