Tasks by Planner and To Do

Hi there. Hoping you can help. A colleague of mine has created a plan on Teams. The only people that can view this plan are the people in the Team Channel this is under. But he would like to share this with other people within our organisation that are not members of the Team Channel selected. Is this possible? Thank you
