Task closing approval

Not possible out of the Box with Planner, but certainly is a nice idea. I often want to complete a task but not hit complete until someones reviewed. Best solution i can think of is an automation that assigns a label when all checklist items are ticked. I've not tried this, but certainly am going to and add into a course i'm designing that addresses flaws in Planner.
