Have you raised the support ticket for this issue? They are one able to help you on this.
I did, hopefully they'll be able to tell me something (anything), and catch whatever happened before it happens again.
- The support team saw this and there is an open ticket. I'll let them follow up, and I appreciate you raising the issue.
