"Show on card" previews for attachments (pictures) not showing up

Hi

Our planner plans across the company now do not show the preview for a picture, excel sheet, or powerpoint when you select "show on card" under the attachments section. It just gives a generic symbol or image of the program (see attached).

If the task is viewed on a mobile device, then the preview shows as expected.

Is this more global that is needed to be fixed or are others not having this issue.

    Same issue in Canada. Previews only showing in the app on iPhone.

    Same issue from Brazil.

    Things I tried but didn't work:

    • Remove myself from the group with access to a particular project and add again after cleaning cache.
    • Clean cache and cookies
    • Access from incognito
    • Use other browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Chrome Beta and Brave)
    • Pray
    • Used a new computer (just arrived), created a new account in the corporation and added it to the Project.

    The same issue here in Norway. 3 different browsers - Firefox, Safari and Brave. Two different OS - macOS and Windows 11.
    All running latest versions.
    Only place where I see previews in the Planner is the app on my iPhone. Otherwise there is just a generic picture of an ... picture.
