Send Email to Create a Planner task

Ok I have a request ..when I send an Email to a specified Chanel Email, I want to create a Task in a buck in the Planner linked to the Chanel from the email that was sent to the Chanel Email ...Stuck on the First Step --in my Power Auto Mate I dont have the Option to create a task
