Roadmap Add premium capabilities to Planner

From the roadmap of planner and features that are launching, does anyone know how you can tell if your tenant has got it yet?

I assume since i cannot see any of the premium features that are mentioned that we have not been updated yet?

I am using Planner for web using planner.cloud.microsoft.com just FYI. but i would love to be able to add images into comments, @mention someone in the comments and or adding custom fields.

Add premium capabilities like sprint planning, people view, goals, custom fields, and task history to your plans within the Planner Teams app.
