Request: Update web-based Planner to have more robust permission options - Read-Only, etc.

I have looked at dozens of forums and threads and Planner has yet to provide this feature. We really more permission tweaking options. This has been a request since the app version and folks had enter script to have it work the way they wanted it, but with the O365 version we don't have even that luxury.
