Rename labels on taks
Hi all, happy new year.
I can not rename labels from a task in Planner, they always came back to default. Any help?

Coming in late on this as it seems to be one of the few threads on it. I've finally discovered how to do it and what was happening on my M365 for Planner.
What didn't work:
Clicking on the edit icon (Pencil) when searching for a label to add through the label search bar and typing in a new name didn't work. The edits were never saved for me.
What worked:
Add in a coloured label you want to use > clicking on the label name then brings up the Edit option > Changing the name. This time, the edits DID get saved.
