Recent update added an apparently broken link block to tasks.

This week at some point Planner was updated and we are getting large non-functional link icons at the top of each task that includes an attachment link (to TFS work item, see below).  If I click on the block at the top it just opens the task editor.  I see this in Team channels and SharePoint.  What are these for?  They seem to be broken?  Can I turn them off?

    I'd like more information on this as well. My Teams Planner board is rather busy, and this is just creating clutter. Any help would be appreciated.
