Suggested attachments in Planner

This feature makes no sense and has caused some confusion among our teams. The confusion comes about because the suggested attachments looks like actual attachments on first glance, leading to unnecessary questions and difficulty in understanding an assigned task. Why would a user be interested in seeing suggested attachments when he/she is the recipient of the assigned task?
Is there a way to turn this section off in admin btw?
