"Private Plans in Planner

The new "personal" plan in Planner is available (currently) to a portion of our organization (2000+), but many still do not have the personal plan option when creating a new plan. 

MSFT Roadmap shows it is "Launched" https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Launched&searchterms=171611    

We have waited many weeks for the full rollout to our entire organization, but we have not seek this happen.   

Is there anything we can do within our tenant/environment to ensure this highly anticipated feature is in the full org, or are just waiting for it?
