Premium templates suddenly unavailable
Hi all
We have purchased a p1 license (first premium tier) some months ago. Recently, I needed to create a new Planner for a new project. I've noticed that all the premium templates are gone, so i can only use basic ones. The only premium option is the empty template.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? And how did you manage to solve this issue?

My company just purchased the monthly subscription of p1 and we have been unable to convert the app to the premium plan. The button comes up to convert it but when we select it nothing happens. We have no access to any premium templates, etc.
The fact there is no reply to this within 7 working days is not comforting.
