Portfolio Delays and click throughs

I've now 4 portfolios for different workstreams - Its kind of neat how rows that don't overlap in planner projects stack up.

But there is an unknown delay between planner plan information becoming available in portfolios - it seems to be a bit less than a day from what i can see. But that is too long when you are updating plans.

Also the jumping back out from portfolios to plans is arduous, a simple link would help.
