Planner URI

I have a custom application/SharePoint with planner. When the user uses the solution on desktop, planner will open in the browser. When the user is on mobile, planner will also open in the browser, but I want it to open the Planner app instead. I need to deep link planner, and thus need the URI  for it. Does it have any?
