Planner Tasks from Project for the web installed in another environment

Hello,

We have a Project for the Web (planner Premium) instance running in a different environment.
This environment is for our IT projects.

Unfortunately, the tasks assigned there are not displayed in the Planner app in Teams. As it stands, only tasks created in the standard environment are synchronized.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to set that tasks from another environment are also taken into account?

Same Issue for us, the Notifications Planner sends reminding about due tasks is a key feature for us

It was a big part of us moving our organisations project portfolio to a microsoft soution. That no matter where in the organisation you sat, if a task was assigned you wouldn't have to go looking at every Project you're in to get an overview of your work load.

  • I wish someone from the Planner team would respond if this is on the roadmap. Could there be a Power Automate job that we could run to connect tasks from another environment? This should be available since best practices are to use a separate environment for business critical applications.

It is same to me. Planner cannot get Project that devloped on any Environment. It just show Project that created on Project for the Web
