Planner Task etag does not change when an attachment is removed. (Bug?)

I'm using Power Automate with Planner and using the @odata.etag value to determine if there is a change or not.  The etag updates when an attachment is added, but remains the same when one is removed.  This seems like a bug rather than a "feature."
