Planner should notify task_creator when someone mark the task as DONE or change_task_status

Use Case

I created a task on November 15 and assigned it to Alice.

Bob accidentally clicked and marked the task as DONE. 🤕

Alice thought, "Bob has helped me complete the task."

I didn't receive any notification. A week later, I asked Alice about the task, and she said, "Bob helped me finish it."

I asked Bob, and he said, "Oops." 🤐

Now the task has been missed, and the team is struggling to recover it.

Proposal

Please add a notification (both in Teams and via email) to the task creator when someone changes the task status.
