rstuart I can see the Repeat feature in Planner in our tenant. But the problem is its not working as expected. When I set repeat, Planner says "We couldn't update "<task name>". Please try again later. 
SanthoshB1 then it is quite random then as I can't even see it, you can see it but it doesn't work, and my client does see it and it does work! Hope this issue gets looked at.
