Planner Progress Status Customization
Hi Coummunity,
I am preparing a tasks dashboard for my organization using the Microsoft Planner (and linking it Teams), anyhow, I would like to add more fields in the status field but I did not find a way to do this.
Is there any way to add more fields in the status field?

Hi Salman_Alkweldy,
Unfortunately, Microsoft Planner does not currently support adding additional fields to the status field.

You can try to work around this limitation by using labels (Canceled. Pending, Delayed, ...) or Power Automate (for example you can create custom flows using Power Automate to automate certain actions or add additional fields to tasks based on specific conditions or triggers).

this is a good idea but unfortunately, this feature is not available in Microsoft Planner.
You may want to provide this feedback directly using the Give Feedback in Microsoft Planner or posting directly in Microsoft Feedback Portal (Ideas · Community (microsoft.com))
