Planner Premium - conversations error
Hello Everyone,
From the Planner App (app or web version), I am unable to make comments to Teams conversation directly. Planner forces me to go to channel as below:
But when I click on Open In Channel, it tries to take me to the channel and gives the error message: "We've taken you to the conversation where the tab was originally located, but the tab is gone". The tab exists, right conversation for the given task also exists. I have never deleted either the plan or the Teams channel tab. Somehow the link between the Plan/Task and the conversations tab/conversation itself has broken.
Anyone has a solution?

Same issue here. In my case, I removed the Planner tab from General channel expecting to be able to link the plan to another channel (dedicated to tasks conversations) in the same Team, but it seems the plan is hard-linked to the first Planner tab that points to it (and no warning is displayed when we delete that tab!)
Yes same issue. Without a stable comment feature this makes the premium features not worth it. Would be good to know if this will be fixed any time soon. Will likely revert back to basic plan.
