Planner Licensing

I have a question, is there a Planner licensing scheme individually?

 

Or can only be purchased in Office 365 F3, Microsoft 365 F3, Office and Microsoft Enterprise plans?

 

Business plans not because need more 300 licenses.

    AFAIK, Planner is not offered as a standalone product so yes, you will need to purchase an Office 365 commercial plan to be able to use
