Planner app not working in Teams

Hi,

I am facing an odd issue with Tasks by Planner and ToDo app in Teams.

User is unable to use the app in Teams. They have mulitple plans added to a channel and from July 2021 onwards, they are unable to edit any of the Plans or use filters in those plans in Teams while webapp just works fine. I used similar settings in my channel and it is working fine.

Any suggestions? Should i look for any limits on usage (User is on E3)
