Planner: AI Project Manager

I read that Microsoft has launched "Project Manager" in Planner, but when or how do I activate the feature?

The Project Manager Agent is currently in currently in preview. I actually had access to it starting a few weeks ago and this morning when I attempted to create a new project it was gone. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Planner%2CMicrosoft%20Project
