Planner -Share a plan across multiple Teams/ Groups
Is there any way to share a plan across multiple teams?
Hello davedres,
An underlying Microsoft 365 group controls the access to a Planner plan. This is the primary reason why you can only select plans from within the same team when adding a plan as a tab.
Did ýou try to add a website as a tab and use the Planner plan website link for embedding the site?
But even when you are able to share the web view, only the members of the underlying Microsoft 365 group have access to that plan.
