[PLANNER] - create subgroups instead of a new Plan

I discover PLANNER.

I invited the different users in the group, but in the batch I have individuals of OPERATIONAL level and others of MANAGEMENT level

Can we give allocation levels in PLANNER?

L1s see tasks intended for

L1s L2s see tasks intended for L1s and L2s
