Notification when task completed ONLY to the user who created the task

Hi,
I have a disturbing problem.
I have a shared group to manage tasks with a few people.
I want that when a task is completed everyone will be notified about it.

However, only the person who created the task receives a message that it has been completed.

How can everyone be notified?
