New Planner in Teams - cannot see all my task lists from To Do

Hi,

I thought it was going to allow me see all my task lists from ToDo? Right now, My Tasks = tasks just in my "Task list" which is not really of any use to me.

Also, it looks like MyDay in new Planner shows any task that has a due date unlike in To Do where I have to add what I want to do today manually (I have the automatic feature to not auto populate My Day with due date tasks).

Is this going to change or is this going to be the way it will remain?

Thanks

Here is how I managed to fix the issue of the task list.

First, right click on the list in To Do and share it. You don't have to actually share it with anyone, but activating share (you will see a share logo next to the list name) will allow you to assign yourself to tasks.

Second, assign all To Do lists tasks to yourself.

You should now see all you list tasks in the new Planner "all tasks".

The second problem about the "my day" is just a different use case than in todo. To Do let's you choose what task you want to accomplish today VS Planner will give you everything that is due today from all you apps.

Has this been answered somewhere as I have the same problem - smart lists used extensively in To Do and no visibility of them in the 'New' Planner under Tasks - I have to go to a second location in the New Planner i.e. My Plans as the To Do smart lists are classified as a Plan - go figure! Why can't I see them under My Tasks as they are tasks not plans?

Also, there doesn't seem to be an option of stopping items due Today automatically appearing in My Day whereas we have the option to disable this under To Do.
