MS Project and Planner

I have been trying to work with the MS project web app, as this is far more user friendly than project online.

However I am still having issues importing / uploading the projects from the desktop app.

When I do this I am given the following codes:

(Removed them as I am not sure if they relate to an error code or to something within our system)

Correlation ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
Correlation ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

The main issue is now revolving around the project web app.

When you try to import the project the session ‘expires’ or it says that it cannot download it.

Has anyone experienced this previously?
