MS Planner and MS Project
I am a project manager, and we want to use MS Project in our company. However, the program does not seem to be user-friendly. Is it possible to use the MS Project Desktop version and MS Project Online (PWA) simultaneously so that any information added is automatically updated in the other version?
Additionally, I would like to know how to import an existing MS Project Desktop file into Project Online, as I am having trouble with this process. However, when creating a new project, I can open it in both PWA and the Project Desktop version.
I would appreciate your help.

This is a decent article that answers your second question, and yes, to your first you cannot edit simultaneously, but you can check a plan out either in PWA or MS Project Desktop and once saved and published the changes will be visible everywhere. https://integent.com/how-to-import-a-project-in-microsoft-project-online/

Thank you very much Brian, I will definitely watch the video. I have one more question: How we can send email reminder notifications for tasks assigned to colleagues in PWA or in the desktop version?
Best regards
