Missing buckets and tasks

Using Planner in Teams but now all the buckets and tasks we had in there are gone but if I go to the Planner website to that plan, they are all there.  The website allows you to export plan to excel, there should be a way to import a plan back in.

    We are having the same problem.  All of the buckets and files that were associated with that planner are no longer visible.  But they can still be seen if you go to the website planner.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  What is the third party app that is being recommended for the fix?   Brian_H

    Importing the plan via excel is not possible. You need to use third party apps.
