Microsoft Planner Teams tab GroupBy Bucket view

Hello,   I've noticed that some users have the "GroupBy" on their Planner Teams tab but some don't(screenshot attached).        Is there a way to activate this feature if it's n...

The second screenshot shows task lists from To Do which is only available in List view, which you can sort by clicking the header. The first screenshot shows a shared plan (either as a tab in a channel or an app on the left siderail) which is available in the Board view, which then you have the option to "Group by".
