Issue with Task Conversation

Good morning, I would like to report an issue that has been occurring these days with Teams. We have a subscription to Planner Premium and for each Teams channel, we have added a Planner tab associated with a project. From the channel, we enter the Planner tab and within a Task, we insert comments in the Task Conversation; those conversations sometimes get posted in different channels than the one the tab belongs to, but we can't understand the logic behind it.
