Is there a way to find out of if a group has any planners created?

I'm doing a clean up of the groups that are not active. I can use Sharegate to run reports on the SharePoint sites to see if there are any documents saved by the group members, but I can't see if they have any planners without joining the group.

Any idea? From the O365 administrators' view, how can we manage the planners?

  • By default, each Group has a Plan. A Group can have more than one Plan and unfortunately there is not way out of the box to know if a Group has more than one plan...however, you can easily get this information from the Microsoft Graph using the Graph Explorer tool

Thanks for that Juan Carlos! I will check out the Graph Explorer tool then. I was trying to add myself to a couple of groups but it didn't give me any access to the planner.
