Impossible to use the Planner trial

Hello to everyone.

We have started the trial version of planner with a new organization account. Everything went good during the registration process and I can see the Planner+Project trial license assigned to me in the admin page. But when I try to sign in i get the following message (we are not ready yet, try later)
