how to create master planner view
Hi,
so we have 15+ projects, which means 15+ planners 🙂
usually different people work on those projects, it is not always the same people.
now, i want to have one master planner board which will show all the tasks from 15+ planners into 1.
the buckets are the same 5 constant which do not change. Now what I want to achieve with this:
- when a new task is created on the project planner it should automatically be created in the master planner board too
- when a new task is updated(moved in progress, marked as closed, etc) on the project planner it should automatically be created in the master planner board too
let me know if this looks doable?
thank you!

What I do at the moment is use links: I have my main plan board (which I labeled The Big Board in homage to George C. Scott in Dr. Strangelove or: HILTSWALTB) where have cards for everything from small admin tasks/projects to major projects. If the project gets too complex to keep it on one card, I'll make a new plan, copy a link to the new plan, and paste the link in the notes for the project's card in The Big Board. It works ok for me, but I only use Planner casually...

Hi,
I'm very interested in the question you asked about managing several plans under planner... Were you able to find out how to do it? If so would you mind sending me this information?
Thanks
