Group Sub-Task by Parent and then by Bucket Option
I'd like to display sub-tasks under the parent task in Grid view, similar to how the old Planner in Grid view displayed checklists and then by Bucket. Is this functionality possible?
If this feature could be added, it would allow us to discontinue using Asana.

Yeah, Make subtask nests them in Grid view, but grouping by Bucket at the same time still isn't there.
Noticed that gap and built an app you might want to try: group by Bucket, subtasks still nested under their parent inside each bucket, totals recalculated per bucket.

Would love feedback!

Once you have that, you can click the three dots to the right of the task name, click on the 'Make subtask' option and it will nest that task under the one directly preceding it. If you want to reverse it, you just choose the 'Promote subtask' option. There are a bunch of other options available as well, to include cutting, copying, and pasting tasks, or inserting, deleting, or copying a link to a task, and adjusting task dependencies. Again, you'll need to have the Project Plan 3 or 5 license to access those features, and ONLY when using a premium template.
- ajwinslowTin ContributorOkay, I get what you are saying. Also, there is also a Planner option to view the Notes for a card (not just the Checklist items). I agree, both would be a great option to add for the premium versions.
