Ghant Chart in a monthly Calendar view

I have Planner and Project 5, I have a mac and a windows computer so I think if there is a way to do it I will have what I need to get it done yet I can't figure out where to go to create a monthly calendar view that I can use as a visual for my new construction foreman to schedule and plan out when our subcontractors are suppose to show up to get started and when they will be finished so we can schedule the next sub to come in and do their part. 

I would prefer to be able to do that on my mac if possible because he has a mac as well yet if it can't be done that way if I can find the view and print it out then at least he would have a paper copy to visually go through and schedule everyone and then I can enter it back into planner or project 5 once he has that complete.  Anyone know how to do that? 

Please see the examples attached of how he works and processes best.  I entered those items into Planner Premium along with the start and finish date of each sub yet as I entered it I realized there were more things that need to be scheduled that he left out.  What I would like to be able to do is print him out a view like this from Planner Premium or one of the other versions of Project and give it to hime with all of these tasks plus the ones I added into planner and then he can edit the starts and finish dates on paper like he did here and give it back to me so I can update it in Planner or Project 5. 

Once we have everything as accurate as we can predict it, then I would want to print him out a clean version to tape on the wall of his job shack so he has a visual to look at each day and to show the sub contractors if needed what will happen to our job schedule if they don't finish on time.. Any guidance would be greatly apprectiated.
