Gantt Chart View in Planner

Is there a plan to have a Gantt chart view for Planner anytime soon? Our projects aren't large or long enough to warrant the use or cost of MS Project. Planner could work but a Gantt chart view would be a lot more helpful and visual than the individual charts and list view.
