Filtering Doesn't Hide Summary Tasks

Hi I am trying to Filter by Buckets (Used to group tasks based on deliverables) however when I filter I can still see summary tasks which contain no subtasks matching the criteria and the summary tasks also don't match the criteria.  Can these summary task be filtered out as they are not relevant to my search and create significant clutter?
